PowerUp is the WordPress theme built for the video game enthusiast. Our goal was to achieve a dark, detailed, super-unique design with a look and feel that’s pitch perfect for sites related to games and gaming. It’s suitable for the gaming blogger as well as the aspiring video game journalist.

Update 1.7 - Continued updating font selection - Added options to customize scrollbar colors
Update 1.6 - Added a second, more visually striking featured stories design for the front page (this layout is now the default one, previous layout is still available and can be switched on through the settings, in the 'Misc' section) - Re-reviewed typography and began moving the theme to a font family more suitable for a gaming site - Fine-tuned numerous design elements/animations
Update 1.5.5 - Added related content area below posts (can be disabled in the settings) - Updated video shortcode plugin (shifted some embed codes from 'http' to 'https') - Minor styling adjustments

Update 1.4 - Header tabs now support multi-level dropdown menus - Main dropdown menu now closes when clicked anywhere outside of it - When gallery image is full size, the full-screen background is now transparent
Update 1.3.5 - It is now possible to add content like videos and galleries above the post title, into the featured image area. Please browse through the demo site's content for live examples (usage details in the documentation) - Included a shortcode plugin which allows for quick entering of fully responsive videos (usage details in the documentation)
Update 1.3 - In preparation for future updates, the entire layout is now liquid responsive - Post/page layouts now stretch wider - Latest posts on the front page are now ungrouped by default (grouping posts by date can be enabled in the "Misc" section) - Minor design fine-tuning
